I was born in upstate New York and moved to Colorado in 2004 to be closer to my mom and sisters. I have been working with children in one capacity or another for almost 30 years and worked for Jeffco schools teaching upper elementary for 14 of those years but with 4 kids they keep me busy and I chose to leave the public school teacher life. I love teaching. Watching children's faces light up when they discover something new and being a guide in their learning journey is amazing.  When I'm not working I enjoy playing board games with my husband and children, exploring the outdoors, and finding small moments just to relax.
